You’re more than welcome to spend time on Google, filling out lead forms, jumping on a few calls, and spending 6 hours of time talking with each potential 3pl (we did the math and some merchants spend 40 hours+ to only source a few quotes) – but we think our solution will save you time!

Who can use Fulfillment Marketplace?
We service eCommerce merchants where there is enough data for us to standardize and roll up costs across your own order history. If you are a new merchant or Pre-Kickstarter / Indiegogo company you can still use our platform to connect with 3pls, however our analytics platform will not show you their pricing rolled up against your non-existent order history.
Is Fulfillment Marketplace 100% accurate?
Similar to Google – we are a starting place for your search – the final price you ultimately end up with is a direct negotiation between you and the 3pls on our platform.
There may be other aspects of your business that your order history simply doesn’t reveal, which can lower the price even further with the 3pls on our platform.

What is Rate Shopping?
Rate shopping is the act of sourcing quotes from companies without any intention of purchasing that company’s products or services. As it takes time for companies to generate pricing for you, we ask that you don’t do this.

Why should I source multiple quotes?
Logistics typically accounts for 10% of a company’s costs. Sourcing multiple quotes can reduce your costs and provide baseline pricing, AKA the cheapest cost for Fulfillment – so you can decide what features you want your 3pl to have and the costs associated with it.
Why is this quote so high in comparison to the others? It comes with security, a great software portal, and API integrations to over 100 different softwares. If that’s what you need – fantastic! If its not, then you’ll be happy you sourced a few other quotes.
Merchants can easily end up paying too much for services they don’t need, or a higher cost simply because they don’t have a point of reference to know what the bare cost of fulfillment for their products should be. We’re hoping we can help you spend more time working on the details that matter – not filling out lead forms and answering the same questions with multiple 3pls.
Why should I talk to all of the companies that send back quotes?
Companies price their services in multiple ways and may be providing the barest services available. For example: no Shopify integration, no transportation management portal, etc; Or they could be providing more services than you need – First in First Out, 100 warehouses globally, top-of-the-line software.
We recommend further talks with 3pls to identify what it is that you need and the costs associated with each 3pl’s services. Companies can save 20% or more on logistics costs through a simple conversation and identifying what services are baked into the 3pl’s pricing.
